I had a great birthday.
The parents came for a visit to look after Cherry Blossom so that we could go out for dinner. We went to 360 Restaurant at Centrepoint Tower. Food was amazing and the view was spectacular. It was also great to get out of the 40 degree heat. I also had a new dress to wear...and the fact it cost twenty dollars made my day.
I got this lovely set of notecards from cousin becky. She saw them at the bookstore and just knew that i would love them (and of course i do!) I might have to use one as a thank you note to her
The hubby gave me a yearly pass to the aquarium/wildlife world/Sydney tower, so that will be great to take Cherry Blossom to over the next year now that she is starting to look at the world around her a bit more.
No new sewing projects on the go. just a big WIP of projects started over the last few years. I got a new Brother NS30 for Christmas so I'm back into sewing since i dont have to use my old broken machine and hope to get back into blogging my sewing adventures
